A week or so ago my husband and I went adventuring. On that adventure we saw some lovely horse farms. One that really caught my interest was a pony farm. I have never seen another down here.
Since I don't do photo arrays, it is just one photo but I think you will be able to see how darn cute the ponies are.
Do you take a camera along when you go adventuring?

they do look cute.... I take my camera with me nearly everywhere .... lol's

Yep I do like to take a camera when we go off. The ponies are very cute. Every miniature pony I have ever experienced has been mean. Hubby said it is because they are trying to prove themselves.

When I had my point and shoot I did too but the Rebel is large and has its own case and lens so I only bring it when I plan to take photos.

They really are cute @BelleStarr :). I usually end up taking photos from my cellular, and then the photos are blah, I really should be more with it.

I use my iPhone a lot as well unless I specifically bring my camera bag with me which I rarely do. I knew I was going to try to find the ponies again so I brought it.

@BelleStarr You could have tried calling the ponies over, they often respond quite well to a friendly voice.

That would not have helped me too much on this shoot. I needed my 75 by 300 lens to get this close to the ponies.

Living in Calgary you have never ridden a horse? lol Well I have to say my husband does not enjoy it, it has no rhythm which really helps.

@BelleStarr But I don't have a super nice camera, I do all my photography with my iphone 6+ which has a good camera and a screen big enough to see detail.

We have wild ponies here in Virginia on Chincoteague Island. My daughter and I, with the grandchildren, visited this island to see the wild ponies, from which the Fire Department auctions off the baby ponies, every summer. They have a parade and lots of entertainment going on during this auction, so it's a BIG deal every year and people come from miles around to see the ponies.
