No Drink March well underway!

Me and my sister challenge each other sometimes with months where we do not drink alcohol at all. Sounds like a breeze, except most of our twenty-somethings social lives seem to revolve around it. Even our nonsocial lives (I like to relax with a beer a couple days per week - or maybe two!) So its more of a challenge than you think. Not that I think we are alcoholics, but we both definitely need to step back and take a break from drinking on the weekends on occasion. (Probably more occasions would be good). This month, I am six days in with the weekend approaching! Have you ever done something like this?

I do this every year in January. I've done it for three years now and I don't find it too difficult.

Good job! I did this back in November and Im doing it now as well, although I havent made any commitments to do it in the future. Its a nice way to take a break and discover some other hobbies!!

@alchemistrx That is a pretty irrelevant question to ask me because I don't smoke.

I can't say that I've ever done anything like this. I may one day, but for the moment, I haven't. I hope you succeed in your challenge. Good luck!

Thanks! Drinking becomes a lot of my social life - too much so on the weekends.
