If you don't mind the taste and the aroma of fresh garlic then you can actually lose a lot weight just with 1 clove (not head). What to do with it? Well, peel and minced and mix to your rice, salad dressing, dips or anything. Why is it so effective? Garlic is a natural anti-caloric herb - that's why. It reduces bad cholesterol in the body and drains your body of those hard to burn fat. if you eat 3 times a day - do this 3x a day as well. don't forget to stick to your good eating habit

Hello my friend first be listen do not take so much tension about your weight. Due to tention it increase more so better to be plan a proper diet schedule. Diet schedule means not to skip meals or take very low quantity meal. You should take healthy and balanced meal.

oh my, I cannot do that. It's not that I hate garlic but I cannot tolerate too much of it. any other ideas to lose weight?

try the after 6 method. it's eating dinner no later than 6pm. or you can do what the Taiwanese people do, they have breakfast at 10am and then dinner at 4pm or 5pm and nothing else after that

agree with you there. I stopped my walking exercises and then boom, my weight
