A report from The Inqusitir says the Miami Dolphins are going to sign former Buffalo Bills defensive end Mario Williams to a two year, $16 million dollar contract.
Williams was released by the Buffalo Bills on March 1, 2016 since they did not want to pay Williams his salary of $12.9 million due to his lack of production of sacking the opposing team's quarterback during the 2015 football season.
Williams was the Houston Texans first round draft choice in the 2006 National Football League Draft out of North Carolina State University.
Williams played on the defensive line of the Texans from 2006-2011 and the Buffalo Bills from 2012-2015.
The Dolphins to make room for Williams on their roster are likely to release defensive lineman Cameron Wake due to the salary cap rules that every team in the National Football League has to deal with.
The problem that Williams had in Buffalo was that was not comfortable working the defensive scheme employed by Rex Ryan since Williams prefers to rush the opposing quarterback than play in the zone defense.
Maybe a change of teams will be helpful for Williams to regain his reputation of being one of the best defensive linemen in the league in 2016.

And he will collect $8 million for next season then be released again. That's today's NFL.
