Are Romance Novels for girls only?

I know that equally both men and women look to read almost all genre but I am not sure if I have seen a man admit that he also fancies reading romance novels. So, for my guy online friends out there - do you read romance novels? If you do, do you enjoy it or think of it as a waste of time?

Nope. I am sucker for a reader, it's only romance movies that I watch, but only when I'm on the mood

I can't bear reading it. It's like I can read the passages. I suddenly got blind without no reason at all.
