My dissertation is on diversity through the years and in school textbooks and how textbooks covered this subject and I was wondering what what your thoughts on diversity in schools are or were? Do you think this is a subject worth writing about.

I think you need to narrow it down to a specific part of diversity. You can elaborate on diversity in the workplace, military, generationally, etc. This is a fabulous topic to write your dissertation on.

My dissertation will be diversity and work generationally. I will be reading and reviewing old textbooks to see how diversity was covered if at all in the past, present and how this subject can be taught for the future.
