No walk to the park today

The last 2 days, my son and I have taken advantage of the favorable weather and walked up to the park. It had several purposes. Both of us needed some exercise, as well as fresh air. It also killed some time. Yes, there were other things I could have been doing(like laundry), but the sun was calling our names. Today was overcast and wet, so we went to visit our friends at the early years center. It worked out well, because the therapy tails dogs came in today. My son is not particularly fond of dogs, but he isn't afraid of them. He didn't want to be close without me holding him. I didn't push too much, though I tried to encourage him. Regardless, I am hoping that he will sleep well. Mommy enjoyed the last few nights.
