I have always wanted to start these exercises from Rudolf Steiner. There are exercises for the days of the week. We are suggested to practice one exercise per day, and start with the Saturday's exercise - Right Thinking. I hope I can really start practicing these exercises every day, and I will post everyday's exercise here for the whole week, just to remind myself to practice and also share these with others. Be aware of your thoughts. Think only meaningful thoughts. Gradually learn to separate in your thoughts the essential from the nonessential, the eternal from the transitory, the truth from mere opinion. When listening to conversation, try to become inwardly still, renouncing all agreement and, more importantly, all negative judgments (criticism and rejection). Do this in both thought and feeling. This is "right thinking". Start practice right thinking today. Image: I got the image and exercise from Well Wishers Group

Yes, I agree with you. It's suggested to focus on practicing each exercise on a day of the week, then slowly all these will be built within us.

You are welcome. I actually always forgot to practice it. I try to repeat the verse every morning, or anytime of the day when I remember.

I have always been reminding myself to do these exercises as well. Hence, I'd like to share with others, so I can remind myself too!

These are wonderful Lee. I like to think one day my mind and attitude will shift to this peaceful way. It is not easy to focus for me. Here also is something I thought of to share: Accept the inevitable changes in life with faith, patience and truth. Transformation can be one of the most beautiful and inspiring times in one's life.

I am also working towards that direction - peaceful mind. I guess it's not easy for most of us, but it's good to strive that. I agree with accepting the changes, and I am glad I can always adapt to changes and I actually quite like changes, perhaps it's my nature. I always saw and found the beauty of transformation.

I think the best way to be happy is to embrace positive thoughts and dump the negative. I like the poster, it makes good sense.

Yes, I learned that in these few years too, and it really helps me much. Also, I learned to avoid or ignore those negative energies (people, thoughts, comments) as well.
