I can't believe he threw up

It's my fault yet again because I kept giving him a bath, but didn't even bother drying him with towel. Recently, grandma notices pluffy sneezing over and over again. So, here I am and tried to give him a medication, which usually works. But hours later I panicked when he started to throw up the food. Even more when he threw up his own dinner, I feared for him that we might sent him to a vet. But today he seems eager to have his breakfast and Ate his dinner probably last night too since he had left overs. But I still might take them both since they got running nose. I won't bath them until running nose is gone.
