Vitamin D

Vitamin D is very essential for our body. If I lack vitamin D in my body I get muscle fitness, joint pain etc. Salmon fish and yohurt are rich in vitamin D. I do take it often. But Sun is the main source of vitamin D. So whenever you get sunshine expose yourself in the sunlight .

Yes, it is essential and I wasn't getting enough so I am on a Vitamin D pill I take once a week.

I love salmon but it is way too much here to buy. And I do not want the farm raised I want sea fish. I dont get much in the way of dietary Vit. D. I do get a bit of sun here though year round.

I remember a scientific study that says most Muslim women suffers with Vitamin D deficiency because their skin have less contact with the sun.

I live in sunny California so I get rays but I also take vitamin D supplements.
