Methane on Mars

The rocket had launched already to confirm the methane on Mars. It could have cost billions of pounds. Why they are investing on these? It would have been better spend for earth's preservation. They should have invest on researches and build hospitals, uni etc.
This is really insane.

Lets see will it be wrong hand or right. But I believe it will be far more expensive if they bought methane from mars.

@adelevans Now all major powers are into arms trade competing with a vengeance to extend their sphere of influence. And that trend is not only unrelenting but growing geometrically.
At least space exploration looks a positive slant to scientific progress - siva

Its literally good to research but lots of research is just waste of money. I guess there are more than 6000 satellites and spaceships in the space.

I read an article about mining asteroids. Time to destroy space, the earth is being depleted.

Yes, you are right. They are destroying earth and space. Materialization has ruined everything. They should invest on saving our planet earth. Ozone layers have been destroyed causing risk to planet and people, pollution is affecting adversely and satellite are polluting space.
