Does anyone have anything to say about online bachelor degrees? I am graduating from a state college in about 1 month (hurrah!) But I am already thinking about my next educational endeavor....(Call me a forever student). I actually did most of my BA as independent studies with my college, although its not a purely-online college. I keep seeing advertisements here and on the rasio about completely online universities (like University of Pheonix) and I am just wondering if anyone has tried a school like this or currently in a school like this? Do you think employers look at it the same way as if you put down a normal college? whats your opinion?

I haven't tried it. But some of my colleagues tried to have short term courses in a prestige university. I think it is not a big deal for the companies if where did you study. As long as there is diploma or certificate that you had a degree online.

Good to hear. I am concerned that a potential employer might look down on it for some reason.

I guess it is considered as good as regular education in a university or college.
