Nothing comes out of thin air and one has to sweat and at times one has to shed those tears. After child birth i was so determined to get that body back. I tried and tried but nothing seemed to get me those result. I would follow people those graphs of doing squats hoping to keep up the pace. However if you have ever tried doing squats, you know the pain that comes with it. Therefore i would give up along the way. Mid February this year i decided to do it my own way. I settled on doing just 10 squats a day. Not just squats though but 10 good, perfect squats. It was easy and i never expected to get results quickly. As i write this post it is one month down the line and i am loving my hips. The stomach is gone as well with only a little left. Am a happy happy mum I am not here to brag but hope to motivate someone who is doing something that seems like not coming along. You can do,ooh yes you can

@Missmwngi Good for you because those squats are effective . Actually it's my a bit protruding tummy that i want to go away . The rest , they're okay and i am still on the medium built .

I am lucky to have those bodies that do ot respond much to foods lol and so i always get away with eating various stuff. Squats have done it for me though. They have increased my hips and tummy has reduced. I have to check other exercise that reduces tummy though

It is good to hear that by limiting your number of squats you were able to regain your physical fitness. This surely could be a motivating thing for mothers who are in similar conditions, as you are. Keep it up.

It's a lot of pressure for mothers who have just given birth. And famous people try to make it seem to be so easy. Good for you for hanging in there and persevering to accomplish your goal!

Wow, congrats for that good result. As for me, its like punishment. I still weight more than what I had before. After giving birth 17 months ago, now its really hard to loss weight.
