On Mar Roxas Running For President

How would you rate Mar Roxas on becoming the next President of the Republic of the Philippines? With his track records being the Secretary of Interior and Local Government, Secretary of Transportation and Communication, Senator of the Philippines, Secretary of Trade and Industry and Member of the House of the Representatives from Capiz, how would you rate his performance having these position in the government. Is this enough for him to lead our country? Is he the right person to become president of our country? Would he able to handle and work under pressure? What is your stand?

I'm not voting for the coming election. I don't see any candidate deserving of my vote.

He doesn't deserve the position.
Being part of the design & costing for the Yolanda housing project, what had happened after the construction was far far away from the design we expected. So question, where is the money and the budget that was supposed to be used for the said project?
I just hope it will not be use for campaign.
