Time flies by

I was thinking about how time flies by . I feel like i just started college and attended my fresher's but next year same time will be my farewell party . I think i am not living in the present and worrying about my future prospects and past mistakes . I need to live in the moment . But my mind so clustered all the time . I am not able to think right . How can i improve my way of living ...does medetation help ?

We are all looking for ways to improve to start that you have to start thinking to start improvements cause nothing else is working.

Whatever you are going through, is very natural at this juncture of life, but I feel keeping yourself more busy in some productive work will help get rid of mental clustering.

The best way, in my opinion, is to do more and think less. Even if it's wrong, at least, you're moving things forward. Meditation is helpful, but it's not for everybody.
