Roads with ice on does mean drive fast.

You ever notice that when it snows or rain for some reason drivers think it means to drive faster and that they do not have to stop at stop signs or red lights. I rally like to know what the people are thinking ,most of them do have families. But it look like they do not care when they are driving in a storm. The are the drivers in US A , Then I see on some face book comments no matter how thick a fog is they think the bridges should always be open. I have seen fog some thick that I could not see my hand with my are stick stight out. This can other reason insurance prices are going higher.

Yes. People drive like idiots all year long but more so whenit rains or snows. I get really irked though when its not icy and is only drizzling and people drive 20 MPH in a 50. And then you have people who drive way too fast when there is bad road conditions. If only they could find a happy medium!
