Day trip!

Yesterday we took a day trip up to DC with my kids. They love getting to ride the train (DC metro) into DC which only happens maybe once or twice a year for them because they are so little. We wanted to take them to Air and Spance muesume since they haven't been yet but have been to the small one by our house. We checked out a few exhibits but not all just the ones that would have the kids attention. The 1 year old slept on the way down and back on the train. We stopped in the muesume and had lunch at Mcdonals. It was a high security day so there was lots of people coming in and out of the building. We even had to wait lines to get in at forest as well as to eat lunch. It was cold so I'm glad we picked to do something inside. Will go back in the summer and have a picnic.
