After the tilapia we had for lunch I fell asleep.

Tilapia fish is a commonly sold fish in Dallas, Texas. The Mexican-Americans here buy it in abundance, but so do we. Cooked properly in a cornmeal flour and properly seasoned makes Tilapia fish a savory delight. Along with coleslaw and mashed potatoes, I enjoyed today's lunch before setting down with my wife to watch the soaps. I of course, fell fast asleep. By the time I woke up I realized my iced tea was a watered down version of it's original state. No problem. I will guzzle it anyway. Hey, It's what we had for lunch!

I find cilantro a bit strong at times. Used in small amounts is okay though.

@Hatley , yea and I always tell my wife it smells a bit like turpentine. Paint thinner, or something you buy at a paint and hardware center. lol.

I also like it because it is one of the least expensive fish in Dallas.

I do as well. We eat it more often than other fish like salmon and catfish.
