Well, thanks to the CD of Rocky, I got motivated again this morning to go and try harder. And it worked! I am proud to say that I was able to do my 30 minutes of walking and without my walking poles. It wasn't easy but I did it. I feel so much better when I do 30 minutes at a time, it not only helps my body but it does tremendously for my brain. I feel more positive then.

Yes, I counted it yesterday! I find walking in a store very tiresome.

@marlina That's because you have to push the cart, remember what you need, try not to bump into people, read labels, etc. Its a lot of work.

@AbbyGreenhill I used to like going shopping, but now find it very tiresome. Reading labels is hard on the eyes.

I feel like rocky going up the stairs for the first time holding his side. Someone let me into the meat factory.

@marlina I don't know. He lost his locker and was just another bum from the neighbourhood until he got his break of a life time to fight a champ. He didn't win it. Adrianne, Adrianne Adrianne

@Bluedoll He sure trained good enough. Don't forget that before he got his "chance" that he was pretty "lazy".

I wish I could feel like Rocky when he wins his first match. "Hey Adrianne, I did it".

I have upped by walking to 30 minutes each morning and it certainly isn't easy! Now feeling positive after exercising has never happened to me. I know that it is supposed to, but has never happened. I think that my share of endorphins were given to somebody else. Really pleased for you though!!

You are kidding right? Never feel positive after exercising? You have never known the joy of a "high"?
