Tuna Sandwiches For Dinner Tonight

It's not fancy but it is good. I like the tuna that is the white albacore and in water. It doesn't taste fishy.
Yesterday I picked up some potato Sandwich Rounds and am looking forward to trying them. Since my husband and I are both busy with our own things today we decided to make dinner and quick, easy event.
With the tuna I am going to slice up some Roma tomatoes and cucumbers. Sounds good doesn't it.

I enjoy a good tuna sandwich. White albacore packed in water is also my favorite. I prefer it on toasted whole wheat bread, finely minced onion and Hellmann's mayo. Add some fresh iceberg lettuce and that's what I call a tasty sandwich. My husband will not eat tuna unless it is the only thing left in the house. Because I always have sandwich meat he never has to have tuna.

@HazySue there was a time when I loved dill pickles, but now prefer bread and butter pickles.

@ElusiveButterfly you eat it the way we usually do. I like to add a bit of dill pickled to it also.

Can't stand fishy tasting tuna sandwiches either!! Just realized that I haven't had a tuna sandwich in ages!!

That does sound good. We enjoy simple dinners like that especially on busier nights. For our dinner we'll have a cheese pizza. Something simple before church. And our girls (cats) really love it when we have tuna because we share with them!! Have a blessed day
