My Glasses Are Ordered

It took a bit of doing with my wonderful new camera. Well it was me really. I didn't realize I have this tendency to tilt my head, so had to have the picture taken a second time so it was perfectly straight.
So now I have three pairs of glasses coming my way and the total price - are you ready for this - $74.80 with shipping.
I'll receive my glasses in 14-21 days. I can't wait to be able to see better. I'm so excited and the savings is phenomenal.
Have you ever ordered glasses online? It really is easy, and I get Swagbucks with my order, so what could be better than that?

@DianneN Yes they will. I got an e-mail from the company this morning to verify the numbers. Now I had called for verification yesterday, but I did so today, just to be on the safe side, and they were all correct. I got a message when I was loading in the numbers that one of them was an unusual combination, so I did call again and verify.

Wal-Mart ruined my eyes, and they are the only place allowed by Medicaid. So I went to Lenscrafters for the exam and ordered them online.

oh result! no i always had to get my glasses from the opticians I pay approx $600 for a pair lol

That's actually the easy part. You upload a picture of your face and you try on the different styles that appeal to you. I had several picked out, but had to eliminate them and look for something else. I'm real happy with what I'm getting.

No i don't order glasses online as i have to have special prescription for mine so i just go to the eye place when I need glasses. I do order clip on sunglasses online though as i use those for my glasses during the summer

I have my eyes tested and then ordered them. I have three pairs coming in about two weeks. I've always needed a specialty eye doctor when it comes to my eyes. Now I have cataracts starting.

Whoaaa, that's a great price for three pairs of glasses! :) To answer your question, I have never ordered my glasses online, as I need to visit the doctor for a prescription (which I did last week, and I'll have my glasses in about two weeks).

I hope so too. My son has had his for at least a year now, and had to order another pair recently because they broke - the kid sleeps with them on. So not surprising they broke, but they did last over a year before they did break.

I just came from Lenscrafters where I had my eyes tested and I admire their salesmanship. They tried to make me believe ordering online was a bad idea, when I have the proof in my son's glasses that it works just fine. I needed one more question answered for the online site and thought getting it in person would be better than calling. I was right - were they busy, and I got the answer I needed.

Were you able to order bifocals? I'm just wondering because that's what I need. I'll have to take a picture of my face, too. I guess I should wait on all of this to move before getting into all of that, but I'm anxious to get some new glasses and there were some that looked so nice!

Wal-Mart was not a blessing to me with glasses, so I won't be going there again, however, they were nice enough to do the Pupilary distance for me so I could order my glasses.
