Former New York Giants wide receiver Rueben Randle signed a one year, $3 million dollar contract according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.
Randle who was s second round draft choice of the New York Giants in the 2012 National Football League Draft out of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge became a free agent at the end of the 2015 football season when his four year contract expired.
The Giants had no interest in signing Randle to a new contract since he did not live up to the expectations they had from him during his four year tenure with the team.
Randle will be playing football for the arch rival of the Giants in 2016. The Philadelphia Eagles are hoping that a change of teams will inspire Randle to improve his production as a wide receiver in the 2016 football season.
The Los Angeles Rams were interested in signing Randle to a contract before he decided to stay in the National Football Conference East Division by signing his new deal on Wednesday.
Perhaps Eagles head coach Doug Pederson will be able to motivate Randle to improve his production as a wide receiver this upcoming football season.

@Deepizzaguy Even Duke and North Carolina have turned out basketball players who did not set the NBA on fire.

Well I sure hope that he doesn't let them down, after all $3 million is not a little bit of money and they would expect results for thoses figures. Althought in the sports industry thats not huge amount for an athlete, its a lot of money to the world.

I am sure Rueben gets the message from his former coach Tom Coughlin that a change of teams is what he needed while he was with the Giants. Rueben will have a chance to play against the arch rival of his former team in 2016.
