Help Link and Suggestion Thread

@GoAsk Alice suggested I post a discussion tagging him and @Mylotbugs about putting help link on our profile. The link would go to one or the other so we can easily find them along with what each one can help with. Like MyLotBugs would be the one to ask if there is a glitch on MyLot.
Another idea, if there were a post from one or both where member can make suggestions, then members can at least have their voice heard.

I think that a 'Contact' link, either underneath 'Help' on the drop-down menu or actually on the Help page itself would make life a lot easier for some. The 'Contact' page would have brief details of what each contact should be used for and could either use the existing PM system to send a message or (preferably) a different system which allowed the attachment of screenshots and links.
I have also thought that a special area for 'Administrative Messages' would be a very good idea. It might be an extension of the Discussion mechanism (so that members could post comments and suggestions) but would be a place where Admin notices only could be pinned.

Yes! I forgot, we can't upload photos to messages, so when I contact @GoAskalice, I just posted a link to someone who was having the same problem instead of uploading my screenshot.
@Mylotbugs, @owlwings idea to allow attaching screenshots is an excellent idea too.

@Carmelanirel2 Exactly! I had that happen not too long ago and couldn't remember who to contact. Fortunately, I finally remembered that I had saved that info in my bookmarks.

@Carmelanirel2 Maybe. I was wondering something the other day and searched for a way to contact these guys and came up empty handed. I'm agreeing with what Qwlwings is saying.

It is a better way to get help if there is no problem with logging in Mylot . We now encounter the problem with logging in Mylot, I guess it is out of mylot's league.

Oh no, I didn't think of that, you can't get to the link if you can't sign in. However, the few times you can sign in, perhaps you can contact them?

Some ideas I have are from the old MyLot, so I don't know if that is something they would consider, but for now, I am waiting to see if they will create these links.

I knew Alice was around, but didn't memorize his full username until a few days ago and I have heard about Mylotbugs, but didn't consider what I would contact him for.

I know, the only way I was able to contact alice was because J.J. tagged me in a post he made about lowering the payout. I am not good at remembering names and having their link on our profile would make it much easier to contact them.
