How would you deal with a tough boss in your work place ?

Getting a job is not easy in this world but it is even harder to deal with a tough employer in your office as well. There are just some kinds of boss that will always giving everybody a hard time. Some would just keep picking on minor mistakes from their staffs and some would just barking over your ears like a dog all day long. Whatever the situation it is, people just get a hard time with a boss like that. However, some people just can't quit the job for the sake of earn a living. What would you recommend to people like that in dealing with a tough boss ? Share your opinion with us or share your own experience if you have such an experience ?

Yes, I have an experience with a tough boss in my work place. To prevent and deal a tough boss, I always try to prepare all matter that may my boss will ask about. But, If I still have a mistake, I just hear his bark in my ear. I think this is the risk of employee. I think most of the boss will bark when their employee make a mistake. I know the boss has an authority to do anything in his company, included firing of employees. I can work with a tough boss just for 6 years. I can't continue. It is too hard for me as a mom with children who need my attention.
