Playing slots in casino

When I visit the casino, I will play slots. I have a working strategy to play slots so that I can enjoy the game, and limit loss. I use the "3 strikes and you are out" rule. When I start a game on a new machine, I expect to see little wins within the first 3 games. If I do not win anything at all, I will change to a new machine. If I get some little wins, even if it is not enough to cover my cost, I will continue to play till the 12 games. I expect to see a bonus in the first 12 games. Personally I think that when the machine is on a winning streak, the bonus will come within the 10 games. I have seen people get the bonus feature in the first try. I try to get into the winning mood before I go to the casino by watching the Youtube videos on big slot wins, especially on my favorite games.
hard to get the free spins on this game ......they re-triggered 8 times for a total of 43 spins.

I enjoy an occasional visit to the casino too. I set aside a certain amount of money that I'm prepared to lose (I regard that as paying for my entertainment) and if I double my money I'm out of there.

That is a good working strategy too. i do not go to the casinos in my country, so in a way, that is a safeguard against addiction. The government here imposes $100 levy for the locals to enter casinos. I play just one or twice a year in casino in neighboring country or on board cruise ship.

@scheng1 $100 just to go in? You know there are a great many Chinese playing in the casinos in England, and they often gamble big amounts. Cruise ships are when I got my first taste of slot machines.

@jaboUK These Chinese gamble big amount because they hardly have a chance to travel out of their country to gamble. Many of them do not dare to go to Macau to gamble because the government is watching.

I still haven't tried going to casinos so I still haven't tried their slot machines there. What I had played with was in an arcade. They too have those slot machines, maybe a little similar to that, but they don't pay you money if you win. Sometimes, the payouts are in tokens and sometimes, in tickets.

If you have a chance to get a part time job in a casino, that is better. You can see the different players at play, and you can learn a trick or two before you spend your own money. I think a slot attendant job allows you to see all the players playing without using your money to play.

So far that is the best way to limit loss, and to find good machines that give bonus.

I played real slots only once while waiting at the airport on our way to Florida from Washington. I won 20 dollars. I also remember playing at Las Vegas. I worry too much as I cannot face losses.

I think the psychology behind the slot machine is that they convert money to credit. When people see the number of credits, they do not always think of that as money.

If he works there, he will not want to play. I think that reminds him too much of work.

Actually the top gamblers are not addicted to gambling. They are the ones that casinos want to ban, because they know the card games very well, and they win consistently. They treat it as work!

In fact I haven't been to the casino yet. I am not very interested in it. If one day I go to the casino, I am more like a visitor to have a look only.

If one day you go to the casino, you can go in the mindset of an investor. Casinos traditionally are high dividend stocks. But that will depend on the share price you bought, and the current economic situation. The slot machines market is dominated by just a few big players. I think they belong to listed companies too.

That is my strategy as well. I never stay on a machine if i lose and don't win at all. I love playing slots at casinos i always do the 1 cent ones or 5 cents.

Yes, I play the 1 cent or 2 cents machines. In these machines, I will play max lines but mid bet, which usually means 20 lines and 5 per bet. It costs about a dollar in 1 cent machine.

Not possible. It is hard to play till the point of getting addicted to it. After all, our budget is limited.
