How to deal with rude people ? / myLot

I oftenly come across people who in order to prove their point become overly rude . They forget how they are speaking and even sometimes are too loud . I try to be as calm as possible with such people for the first few times . But if this behaviour is repeated thrice i just lose my cool . Should these people be ignored or they should be corrected for their mistakes ?

Sometimes they can be ignored but we should let them know that their behavior is rude and unacceptable. If we have little to no contact with them then ignoring may work.

Well there are some people with whom we have to deal everyday ..in that case it cannot be ignored

Keep you cool. That will irritate them that much more. They would have to give up sometime when they won't get the reaction they want from you. It would also show who is the mature one in the scenario. Ignoring them is the best option. But sometimes we have to work alongside such people. It's better you don't pay them mind and take their words seriously. It would save you the headache and the hurt.
