Suddendeath poetry challenge, Hidden Treasure

Welcome to this weekend’s Suddendeath poetry challenge, Hidden Treasure. Rules are as follows, write a poem in any style using the five words that I give you. Write it in one sitting or in under an hour (only to quash your inner editor, rules are loose there). Add it here, OR link in a comment so we can enjoy each others. The words can be in any plurality or tense. Today’s words are: hide, find, lost, look, seek.
My entry is below: -------------------------------------------------------
The old book reads seek and ye shall find,
Which means one must look and not decline
To start the search and seek for signs
Of treasure lost and hidden mines.
The old map reads between the lines,
The rules are loose with no guidelines,
The only truth is in the signs
To lead to treasure most divine.
The writing says seek and ye shall find,
If ye are brave and most inclined,
To translate clues and use the mind,
And find the treasures left behind.

I've lost you in this game of hide 'n' seek.
I went looking for an entire week.
I guess I simply cannot find
Someone who refuses to come back.

@Drosophila I hate those, we didnt even have a fun one, we were 'encouraged' to show up to a meal paid for by the boss on our own time. If you didnt show, you knew it would come up later that you had a chance to be part of the team, and chose not too/etc. they are petty like that

New videos games come out every week
So now nobody plays Hide and Seek
When we look at those days left behind
What a difference in pastimes we find
We used to play board games like Cluedo
Monopoly, Scrabble and Ludo
This modern world comes at a cost
When we think of the things we have lost

I wanted very much to look,
To check if this is what i want in my book.
Ohh ...but its too meek...
This is not what i seek.
But ... nevermind now its lost.
Choosing a far away place to hide,
It must have taken a ride,
Making it impossible for me to find.
I know... now i have to leave this behind.

try a different angle maybe, pick 5 easy words that rhyme like cat, hat, bat, sat, fat. or something. then work out sentences that end in those words, using the ones I gave. I have faith you will come up with something!

@else34 I would say to some they are trying too hard, just let it flow, BUT, I cant imagine trying to write poems in a foreign language

Trying to find the inspiration I seek continuously

I lost a lot of time for writing in my four days off but I'll seek a way to make up for it and find something you can look at when time to do good things stops playing hide and seek with me
