I think I might just leave everything that is still left to do with the wedding to my fiancé completely. Today I went to ask if the pastor of my mother in law's parents' church would officiate our wedding and he said he would at a great price. He said he would include the premarital counseling in the fees and it was perfect. Only problem is my fiancé doesn't want to have premarital counseling because he doesn't want to go and meet in the county they are in and he feels it is a waste of time which in my opinion it is not. I feel much more comfortable with him officiating also because I already know him and have a relationship with both he and his wife.
He keeps saying it is pointless. I emailed the pastor asking to see if he would marry us without the counseling. I hope he says he will because if not I really am not planning for anything else and my fiancé can finish doing what has to be done for the wedding on his own.

You know, counseling or no counseling, you still have to do the right thing. He will not be there every day to offer counseling for your daily life. You and your hubby will have to work things out, find compromises, so please do not let this get on the way.
Whatever you decide, hope you know in your heart it`s the right thing.Wish you strength and patience
