Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup

I love having pho soups. The one I had in my picture has beef fillet slices, meatballs, tendon and tripe with finely sliced onions, fresh cilantro, lime, bean sprouts and basil. The broth combines baked beef bones, fish sauce and herbs.
I have tried several places but I constantly return to this shop because it serves up the freshest taste. I haven't been to Vietnam yet but I'm gonna hijack my bff who's Vietnamese to bring me on a food tour in her hometown.
She shared with me about too many Vietnamese delicacies! As my drool slowly turned into anger, I scolded her saying, "YOU Vietnamese are all criminals!"
What can I do? Their food's just too delicious that they've committed the crime of gluttony.

Lovely, it's mine too. I can't get enough of that yummy broth and smooth thin rice noodles.

Oh that picture has made me hungry again . My husband loves those kinds of soupy foods . I like it too , but not much .
My husband said when he was assigned in Palawan , there are Vietnamese refugees living there and they are selling super delicious foods . Spicy , and that's how we both like it .

I prefer dry noodles with sauce and a separate small bowl of soup because good soup noodles are difficult to find.

That is my kind of Vietnamese bowl of Pho! I have yet to go to Vietnam. I promised all my relatives next year but again I am afraid of flying.

I have to try Vietnamese soup. I've tried soups of other Asian countries, but not of Vietnam. That noodle soup looks yummy. Is it spicy?

No, not at all! I mix sriracha chili sauce, seasoning sauce and lime juice that's provided at the eatery to make a dipping sauce to go with my pho. The soup has a thick beef flavor with a hint of char grilled ginger. Let's enjoy together!

Good thing is that I've already ate for lunch and i'm full. Or else, I would have drooled and messing the library floor salivating. It really looks delicious. I love soup because its invigorating in some way.
I haven't tried Pho Soups yet but I really want to. Maybe I can make some but i'm really not sure how to. What's interesting about the soup you posted is that it is a mixture of fish, tripe and beef. I certainly want to try that.

Cool, the broth has such a rich beef taste! I love it but looks like I've to bear with the pain and share with you some of mine. I'm joking, you can have as much as you want!
