Really bad day

The sun is there somewhere.

I am having a bad day. I can't get rid of this gloom and doom feeling. Nothing seems to interest me. Yesterday was the joy of Easter, today it is like who cares. What do you do when you feel this way?

Maybe it is your PMS and a bad one. Listening to your favorite music or going for a walk might help.

Maybe I will go walking later. There is a thunderstorm right now.

That is my outlook most days when you are old with a deteriorating body.

The old body does not help matters any, for sure.

I think making your day good or bad is just a matter of choice.

Hope the sun comes out tomorrow and cheers me up. Look forward to my holiday or listen to some good music. Or visit a friend there are plenty of good things in the world.

When I am feeling really down I usually sing or write my thoughts down and it makes me feel better. =) I hope you feel better soon.

It sure looks gloomy. What I usually do is to look on the brighter side.

Hello Jo Ann. There is not much I can do when this feeling hits me. It is most unpleasant, but I find if I can watch some movie to take my mind away from things, sometimes this helps. Or if I can get out and go for a walk, it seems to lift a little bit. I hope that you can feel on the up and up soon.

Prayer. As to Easter... have you checked the encyclopedia's to see its true origin? It might surprise you to learn it ties, not back to Jesus, but to the goddess Eostre.

You can trace anything back to some ancient rite or belief but it does not obliterate the truth. And yeah, prayer works.
