One may be intelligent but does not serve the purpose if it not given proper attention to maintain your mental health. They both go hand in hand. What are the tools for managing the mental health? Doing exercise will improve the physical health of the body. At the same time make one feel happy and good which can effectively solve the problem of mental health. Drinking fresh water gives health not only to the physique of a person but relieves the person of his stress and anxiety If anxiety disorders are noticed in a person we attribute so many reasons for this. Generally people attribute poor nutrition, viral infections, environment or change of atmosphere as some of the reasons for anxiety disorders but the fact remains that in most of the cases it is childhood trauma which is generally neglected without proper attention or treatment that proves to be mainly responsible for anxiety disorders. It is imperative to take proper care of children. The timely treatment in the early stages will definitely arrest the anxiety disorders. Above all these timely sleep, taking healthy food and avoiding intoxicants like drugs and alcohol etc will keep a person mentally as well as physically fit .

I feel we are all prone to anxiety attacks from time to time. We should have self defenses within mostly with our mental make up. I take a view - come what may, let me ride this out. On a personal level, I don't take life too seriously as too many imponderables are at play - so do my best and leave the rest - siva
