The "Wind" Storm....

Last year we had a tornado go through our part of the village!! At first they were just saying that it was a strong wind storm. Now, I use to live in South Dakota and have been through tornadoes in my time, and this was a tornado. When we moved here there was an old camper that was in the back yard...it blew into my garden. They have a trailer park for RVs and there was a man that heard the wind starting to blow, so he stepped out of his camper to go outside to close his windows on his vehicle. When he opened the RV door the wind blew so hard that it blew the RV on top of the man and killed him. We were without power for 24 hours, because the electricity wires were in the trees and when the wind blew the trees down...down went the power wires. Luckily the tree blew "away" from the house and trailer house and no one was hurt! Have you ever been through a natural disaster, whether it be tornado, flood,typhoon? ~Peace~ photo is mine
