-- Nowadays a lot of apps are developed, mostly installed thru phones, tablets etc... which is normally good because of "technology" which is good since it makes a lot of people get a better look especially posting photos online, but too much needs to be considered, you can get into trouble with it!

I believe you can always choose to stop seeing posts from them. Maybe that's what makes them happy and by that you have no rights to stop them from doing it. I know a lot of friends who are like that. And I choose to be happy by ignoring and unfollowing them just as they choose to be happy by posting those fruitless pictures.

I don't have a social media account. I don't see any of my friends' photos. It's a good thing because I don't want to be bothered just like what you experienced.

I'm not a fan of selfies. Once in a while is ok. But if it becomes excessive then it becomes narcissistic. Now that we have the apps to edit photos, Overdoing it would be like having plastic surgery every week.

I have a Facebook friend who constantly takes selfies and then adds effects or blurs it or does something. I think she feels like it makes herself look better. I havent done this in a while although I used to turn photos black and white or sepia for a cool effect, although it usually was not selfies. Ha
