Have to find other room to rent here why

My landlord decide to rent his master bedroom to a young adult
now there 3 people in the house more like 4 the new guy his lady there
a lot. There is only one rest room for me to get to use even when I do not have to work I have to get up 5am no joke. Plus the new renter is a smoker
not suppose to be smoking inside. But he and his lady does. The probelm for me is I am paying$600 for a bedroom with kitchen use. All other homes in
my area the rooms for rent with kitchen use is $700. per month with first and last rent and deposit. So for now I am stuck were I am. Hopefully by word of mouth I find something in the same area for the same rent with out deposit. this is how I got this room no deposit or securty needed

You are paying $600 for a room that is good, but do you mean to tell me, you are paying $700 to use the kitchen that that is a bit much, I am paying $1.000 where I live,and it a 3 bedroom apartment and one bathroom, my sister and I will be moving out in June.

Hi no I pay $600 for everything but other bedroom for rent people are now asking $700 for bedroom plus utilities no joke a studio apartment now goes from $900 to 800 a month plus utilities. This is why I am stuck were I am

That´s a lot of money to pay for a room. I hope that your salary makes it worthwhile to stay in such an expensive place.

What a salary I get paid by the hour. Rent is getting very high in my area and I only work part time

That is really a pain, and six hundred dollars is a freaking lot of money there.

Most bedroom are renting for $700 a month in my area not apartments
