Eastercon Diary - Saturday 26th March 2016 – Luna Press Book Launch Party

The most relaxed and laid back event of the weekend was this book launch party by small press publishers, Luna Press. I have attended such events before and they usually include free wine, snack food and promotions of new books, often with the authors on hand to offer short readings and sign copies. Luna however provided the wine but then gave no mention of their current titles. It was a nice generous opportunity to mingle with other fans for a while. I headed out for a modestly priced meal and beer in a local pub called Knott Bar and returned to the hotel for further activity. Arthur Chappell

That seems like defeating the object - giving a press party but not mentioning the new books.

Seems like something to do and learn of new and upcoming books Maybe it is up to the authors to get them to mention the books and their names.
