Computer Crash!

My computer crashed, they said they were repairing it. They lied. Using a tiny pad that I don't know how to use. Driving my son crazy. Any suggestions?

Fresnel lens, like in the film, Wall-E... Or dictate to your son, let him type. PS. Hope your pc is fixed soon...

i need a new one! control says they are fixing it but it keeps failing. I need to learn to do this for myself. The kid has a job and a life.

It is soething called unmountable boot v0lume which must be computer language for you're screwed.

I ended up getting a new computer. There are certain programs that I am not adding back.
