On Monday I posted about the company that manufactures the car seat I have for my son saying they would replace the crotch buckle for his seat. They said it should arrive in 7-10 days. Well, what a surprise! It was in my mailbox yesterday afternoon! Talk about great customer service!

Those buckles can be tricky. I haven't had a problem with mine, but then it doesn't see as much use as yours does,
