I would get so angry every time my calls got audited that I would never pay atention to the review. well recently I decided to do that and dispute calls. well to my surprise there were cases in which they gave me justice and the gave me back my money do you dispute calls?

Yes I do as they can be wrong with the audits. I've experienced disputing several calls that has been corrected.

I don't know who audits those calls but in some cases he is terribly wrong

Yes it is always good to know exactly why or what is the reason for the actions taken. And when you respond in this way makes them aware that they can't mess with this person too often.
