Adam Schefter of ESPN.com reported the news on Saturday the Denver Broncos are willing to trade a middle round draft choice to the San Francisco 49ers in exchange for quarterback Colin Kaepernick.
The catch is that Kaepernick will have to accept a reduction of his salary to be the quarterback of the defending Super Bowl champions since the Broncos cannot pay Kaepernick his current salary since it will exceed the salary cap of the Broncos.
The Broncos currently have former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Mark Sanchez and second year quarterback Trevor Siemian on their roster.
The Broncos want to bring in another veteran quarterback on their team before the start of the training camp sessions later this year.
Kaepernick has led the 49ers to one Super Bowl appearance in the 2012 football season. His desire to leave the 49ers can come true if he accepts taking a pay cut to join the Broncos in 2016.

I like the guy, seems like a nice dude, but I so hope he falls on his face here (has my dislike of the Broncos made itself evident by now? )

My next door neighbor is a Peyton Manning fan and one of my neighbor who lives down the street is a Broncos fan. I understand your dislike for them. In Lake Charles we are Saints fans.
