Why Hot Water is good while taking bath.

While most of the times taking a bath is considered as an important daily routine recommending to use cold water, the use of hot or warm water has got its own advantages. The advantages of warm/hot water over cold water are
It gives total relaxation to the body
It removes the stress in the body
It makes one ready for morning exercises
It cleanses the skin
It removes headache, throat pain and back pain
It activates the total system of the body
It maintains the brain power
Though we can not accept the benefits we derive more on the use of warm water it has to be agreed that this is good in relieving the body pains and other aches.
As far as the increase in the brain power most of the people rely on using the cold water that too early in the morning.

Oh!!!sorry For Arthritis patients, a lukewarm water is preferred. Sometimes hot water should be preferred.

We can not rule out the benefits of cold water. If one get up early in the morning and takes a bath with cold water it is good for memory power and will have a soothing effect on the emotional points of the human system. People who do yoga generally prefer it.
