It's Almost Lunch Time!!

Where on earth has the time gone to? I decided to divide my morning up into a few little parts so that everything would have some time devoted to it. I have a morning ritual for keeping the house tidy, I need a ritual downstairs for keeping all of my little projects running smoothly. All in all, I'm quite pleased. I did a bit of french review, I updated one of my blogs, and my daily talk to Mom on the phone. For an 83 year old, there is certainly nothing wrong with her memory! I am working my way through her genealogy index of cards and the stories that she is telling me would... curl your hair lol. A lot of notes are being marked... private lol! Who would think that those three little things would take up so much time! But that leaves the afternoon open for a few more projects that are coming to mind. A woman's work is never done lol!! Now I ca turn my thoughts to what is for lunch!! Hubby is making it, so I have no idea!

I love hearing older people talk about their family history. I'm going to visit my grandmother for a few days this month and I plan on asking her a lot about our family history.

I wish that I hadn't waited so long. There are so many questions that I would like to ask my grandparents. Too late. :(

@Hate2Iron , a woman's work certainly is never done. I hope your husband made something scrumptious for lunch. :)

You sound busy, and it's great that you are writing your mom's stories down. I'm 76 and am trying to write mine down myself.

We had a brunch. An omelet and coffee.
