Are You Easily Distracted?

When You are working on a project or maybe just talking about something, if you hear an abrupt sound or someone talking, do you get distracted to a point that you forget what you were saying?

yes, oftentimes i even forget what i was about to say when i am almost saying it.. haha its just so hard to remember again.

actually i do remember what i would be thinking or talking after am distracted, but thats just for short distractions. Distractions that totally take my mind off for a long time make me forget what i would be thinking/talking.. and then its pretty annoying, dont you think?! but then it all comes back to me if i try to remember hard enough, which is not a problem for me.
