She is cheating on my time sheet!

Weird story. Ill keep it short. I am doing this internship to finish. My BA in psychology which is scheduled to be over, after a grueling 8+ months, by the beginning of May. 120 hours are required and I am at about 105 - and I have been keeping dilligent track. 4.5 hours per week. I love what I do there - its a homeless drop in center and I help folks with resumes, job searching, finding housing and just supervising the center and keeping it running smooth when case managers run out. I was CC'd on the boss's "time sheet" email which she sends to corporate of all the volunteer hours. So,after volunteering 4.5 hours..... Why does it say I volunteered for 5.5 hours every week in March?! I like the boss lady and will try to continue as a volunteer after my internship is up,which we have talked about. Do you think this is a common mistake? Or do you think she is A) trying to do me a favor or B) trying to get rid of me? Ha ha and of course all the while I have a guilty conscience. Gah! Has anything like this happened to you?

Do you think you can talk about this to her frankly? I mean, not to complain about it, but just clarify the misunderstanding. It might just be a mistake, or she is trying to do something to help you. I am not sure, but since you said you like her, I assume she is a nice boss. It didn't happen to me before, but I am a person who usually asks if I don't understand or find out there's something wrong, well, ask in a nice way but not complain.

Maybe it is an honest mistake. Did you try asking her so as to correct this mistake?

Aa I was reading this post and saw the 5.5 instead of the 4.5 (and I was not at the end of the post yet), a thought suddenly came to me: she doesn't like you! And she's doing everything to get rid of you sooner!
