Have You Ever Had This Feeling?

I have had this horrible feeling all day that something bad is going to happen. It isn't based on anything, but I have this horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach and I can't get it to go away. At first I thought that it was my blood sugar dropping, but I just had some yogurt and it is still as bad as ever. I guess that all I can do is sit and wait and see if the feeling goes away on its own. I don't know what else I can do? Any words of advice would be very welcome right about now. All I can hope for is that it is my blood sugar and it's simply not returning to the proper level fast enough. :(

I explained what caused it above... Scared me silly! I could see water spots on the floor and my mind went into overdrive!!

I have had that type of feeling a few times in my life and the first time something did happen but I won't go into that now. Hope the bad feeling for you goes away soon.

I know what brought it about and I feel better now... We went through an tunnel that went under a river and I'm incredibly claustrophobic. Apparently the tunnel is in desperate need of work. I don't understand why they simply don't close it, do the work and then open it again!

@Hate2Iron That is a horrible feeling going through a tunnel that is under a river especially when you are claustrophobic. Is there another route you could take?

@Marcyaz This apparently was a quicker route, but definitely not going back that way. I couldn't wait to get to the other side!!
