I have xapo wallet but I didn't like it. I use e-coin now wirex (UK) and I have their Bitcoin Visa Debit Cards where I can transfer PayPal funds but the virtual card costs $3 to date with $1 monthly maintenance fee. 
I also have local Bitcoin Wallet only for Filipinos. 
e-coin/wirex was not available in the USA and India.

@aju007 That is not transferring from Xapo to paypal though. You would have to transfer from Xapo to someone/somewhere else, and then transfer to paypal
