Today has been a successful day. I am really trying to stick to the straight and narrow path of fitness of fitness. I went walking with my son, did some yoga, did some of a t25 video, and did my jumping jacks. We just had dinner so I will be waiting for a little bit before doing my Zumba, sit ups, and squats. I need to buy ingredients to make smoothies with. I found a ton of recipes I am dying to try out. I think what is really helping me out right now especially with the eating is the My Fitness Pal app I have on my phone. It helps me keep track of what I eat, counts the calories for me, keeps track of my exercises and the calories I burn as well, and also sends me news letters to help me out with eating, exercises, recipes, and tips for fitness. I love this app and it definitely helped me out when I first started working out and getting fit. I definitely recommend it. It even has its own pedometer to count your steps, but I am pretty sure it will not synch with my phone. I am determined to have a good weigh day this upcoming Sunday! How goes your fitness? What exercises do you do? What diet are you sticking to?

Ugh! I haven't been on the treadmill since last week. I dress every day with the intent of getting on there and then the day gets away from me. Well, I actually made dinner three nights in a row this week (which is really rare). I said I was "off" tomorrow so maybe I'll get on there tomorrow. My exercising is limited due to my fibromyalgia. Even walking on the treadmill causes me a lot of pain after the fact.

@IvySaysHi Yeah, but having just gone through menopause I have gained 20 pounds. I really hate it. I am uncomfortable and my clothes don't fit. Unfortunately, the exercise isn't really helping either. I am trying to eat healthier and hope that helps..

@patgalca What you eat is more important than the exercise. It is great to be fit, but you can't do that if you don't fuel your body well

I love the app for that too because it coutns calories burned while cleaning. It counts light and heavy work. This app is amazing
