Who else here can say that one of the best thing in life is to see and travel the world? I love seeking new adventure. Just last weekend I went hiking and rock climbing with my friends. And now, I have this thought in mind where I wanted to go next? It feels like, I want to travel only and not to work. ha ha ha I'm praying to have that financial freedom so I could have my time freedom.

Traveling can be a job. Over here, the travel agencies let their counter staff travel. When they form a tour group to travel overseas, the travel agency will appoint one person to be the local guide. The job is to help the tour group check in at the airport, safe keep the passports, and attend to any request during the tour. The job is not that easy, but the local guide gets tips from the tour group. It also allows them to travel to different countries.

As of the moment, I'm thinking of establishing my own travel agency in the Philippines because of my love to travel. I just pray that it will work.

@zaga_cleuth I support you for your love to travel. As of me, I am still wondering about the job that I should take that will allow me to go from one country to another. It will be full of excitement I think.

@zaga_cleuth No, it will not work. If you like to travel, the last thing you should do is to start a travel agency. You will spend more time sitting in the office, calling overseas office, calling hotels, booking air-tickets, calling tour guides, and banking in the money or going to the bank to get loan. You will spend more time doing all these, and you will not have time to travel.

Yes I'd been to Singapore twice already and Macau last year. And I can't get enough. I feel like I'm so hungry to travel. My hearts belong to the places I'd never been.

@scubapro Actually i use my profession to travel. I'm a civil engineer by profession. But sometimes, i feel so burden with work that I couldn't see the world or the place I'm working in. But yes, thank you so much. I know someday I'll get the job that best suites my travelling kid in me.

I am the one of those who believe that experiences that I can gain from travels will make me richer than buying clothes, shoes , or any gadgets. I never thought that my interest in watching cartoons and reading lots of stories will ignite a flame of desire on me to see different places I have been seeing only on magazines and history books. Just like you, I also hope that I can just spend my whole life travelling without worrying about my job.

That burning desire to travel can't be tamed by just once a week travel. I always feel like I wanted to do something or go somewhere when I arrived home. How I wish my life is just a journey. Wherein I don't need to think of what others are thinking.

Whou wouldn't want to travel ? If only we have much money , i would certainly love to travel abroad too . But i am hopeful we can already when we are finished with our obligation of giving our daughter her allowance and expenses for her Medical studies .

@zaga_cleuth Indeed if you don't have a child wherein you are obligated to send her to school etc .it will be easy for you to save money for travel . But i don't mind at all , because having a child is the most wonderful experience in a married life , i couldn't exchange for other luxuries .

@SIMPLYD for now i must enjoy my youth. I admire all mothers who are grateful for having children. Your children for sure are thankful for having you as their mother.

That will be cool. That's the reason why I don't want to be a mother yet. Cuz im afraid of obligations and responsibilities. For sure, if i'll be one, travelling will be a luxury and not a hobby.

@cacay1 true. Which is not as competitive as other airports. The process is too slow.

If I could see new places without having to take time to get there, I'd love it. I need a device where I can say "Beam me up, Scotty" and it just takes me somewhere instantly.

i would like to try hiking. what would you recommend for a very unfit and location-challenged first timer that's very near metro manila and mostly flat?

@hereandthere yes. Actually you can go there by morning around 5am so it wouldn't be too hot while walking. You don't need to bring a lot if you'll do it as dayhike. Just bring some extra clothes. So you could change after swimming in the cold river. You can bring your car, if you have, then leave it on the foot of the mountain. There are parking space already there. It will take only 2-3hrs to reach the peak. Or less if you walk fast. But the place is breath taking on top.

Mount manalmon in San Miguel Bulacan . That is a day hike and quite easy but the view from the peak is still amazing.

@zaga_cleuth what time to you recommend? wouldn't it be too hot? what do we need to bring? honestly, i'd rather bring money than carry a huge backpack.
