Journal entry not for a grade.

Way back when in high school I took a class where we wrote a journal entry everyday on a quote the teacher gave us and the teacher didn't have to read the whole thing, but skim to see we actually wrote about our feelings on he quote. We got graded on it at the end of the semester. "A" for me yay lol. Last night I found it and decided to write in it just for kicks and decided to write how it was for me only and not a grade. 10 years later. I love looking at old diary or journal entries to see how much I have changed and grown over the years. It's very therapeutic for me to write for me when I actually have the time and am not too tired.

I wish I could do this. Through life I have never stuck with it though..I feel it would be good to do so also.

I used to be very committed to my diary entries. Now once in a while. Makes me kind of sad too about it. I also need to get back into writing my story which I used to write in a lot.

I wish I remembered to write in my diary more often. I usually only remember every few months, which I suppose is better than nothing.

@DanieGirl80587 Yes. I still wish I had more updates on which to look back, however.
