I live beside the highway surrounded by elementary, high school and a college campus. During lunchtime, high school and college students are allowed to go out to eat wherever they like as long as they'll be back before the bell rings. There are lots of eateries and stall surrounding those schools but those students will walk far just to have something different for a change. I've been wanting to have a stall or food cart set up here at the car port. We don't have any vehicles and people pass by a lot. I used to make halo-halo, a cold Filipino dessert, back then during summer and I would have a lot of people buy from me but because I don't have any capital right now, a start-up is not possible. Or so I thought.
A long-time friend of nine years whom I consider an older brother messaged me this afternoon about partnering up for a business. He actually wanted a food cart business but I discussed with him my ideas about opting for anything branded to save costs and time, since companies of these branded food carts require manpower training and orientation. I already have a few ideas on what snacks to serve, including a recent foreign invention that I'm sure people here will love. Since he'll be busy with his band now that the manager of a famous band here in the Philippines wanted them back, he'll be leaving the operations to me. He'll be asking for a loan of course, which I hope will be granted to him soon. I'm a bit relieved now because I'm not going to worry about where to get my son's allowance anymore. The sooner I start this, the better.

It better that you have full equity of your business as it is important to take decisions independently while you are in the initial period of the business.
