Top 10 Bad Brains Songs #4 - "Rock for Light"

For those of us that post a lot of music-oriented discussion's, the Top 10 is becoming all the rage. @JohnRoberts started it with a Linda Ronstadt list, while @FourWalls did Elton John. She is currently in the middle of a Top 20 tribute to Merle Haggard, as well as a Top 10 Warren Zevon series. Me? I went with Washington D.C. hardcore/reggae band Bad Brains, which is what I was listening to when I decided to join the fun.
"Rock for Light" is the title track from the band's 1983 album, their second. The record was ably produced by The Cars' Ric Ocasek and is a must-have for punk/hardcore fans.
While the classic lineup of vocalist H.R., guitarist Dr. Know, bassist Darryl Jennifer, and drummer Earl Hudson was still together on Rock for Light, they broke up, the first of many, after the album's release.
"Rock for Light" clocks in at a fast and loud 1:41, and it smokes the entire time.
Seriously, what else are you going to listen to on this early Sunday morning, when you can wake up with this?

I woke up with a mini hangover. This helped more than the coffee, which only made it worse.

At least it's a very short song, so your cat didn't have to listen for very long and could get back to being a cat!
